Job Description
Job Accountabilities
- Prospects and visits agents-brokers and customers with the objective of promoting and selling company products and services
- Collaborates with agents-brokers to obtain necessary underwriting information to provide targeted insurance solutions
Job Qualifications
- 10–15+ years in insurance sales, with at least 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven ability to:
- Lead large agency/bancassurance/direct sales teams
- Drive revenue growth and market share
- Manage regional or nationwide sales operations
Market expertise: Deep understanding of Malaysian insurance products and channels.
Regulatory knowledge: Familiar with BNM, LIAM/PIAM/MTA guidelines and compliance standards.
Strategic execution: Ability to plan and deliver sales strategies, campaigns, and growth initiatives.
