About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague in Material Management team at our location in Guangzhou.
What you can look forward to as Regional Buyer APAC – Temp Labor Commodity:
Define and execute the APAC commodity strategy for Outsourced Labor, Sorting Service, Temporary Worker (Blue collar & White collar).

Manage strategic sourcing and supplier management.

Plan and execute RFQs, tenders and sourcing activities.

Coordinate sourcing decisions and supplier changes with stakeholders.

Lead contract negotiations (pricing, service levels, payment terms etc.).

Maintain supplier data, contracts and pricing accuracy.

Monitor supplier performance (cost, service performance etc.).

Drive cost optimization initiatives (benchmarking, network optimization etc.).
