Job Description
Position Overview:
TELUS Digital is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Benefits Specialist to support the benefits design and strategy for our APAC and Africa regions. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our benefits programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the company’s overall strategy. The Benefits Specialist will work closely with the Benefits Manager and regional HR teams to analyze, design, and implement benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Benefits Design and Analysis:
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis to evaluate current benefit programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in designing and implementing benefits plans that meet the needs of employees in APAC and Africa.
- Analyze and interpret benefits data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
