Regenerative Agriculture Advisor F/M

We are looking for motivated professionals based in Spain , fluent in Spanish and English , who want to actively contribute to the transition toward regenerative agriculture.
We are open to different technical profiles , in particular:
Agronomists
Agricultural Project Managers
Experience or strong interest in regenerative agriculture, soil health, or sustainable farming systems is highly valued.
Your role:
As a Regenerative Agriculture Advisor, you will work directly with farmers and project partners, combining fieldwork, technical expertise, and advisory support.
Your responsibilities may include:
Conducting farm audits and technical assessments aligned with regenerative agriculture principles
Supporting and coordinating regenerative agriculture projects in Italy and abroad
Carrying out field visits and providing tailored agronomic advice
Developing farm-specific action plans, identifying strengths, risks, and improvement pathways
