Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) Program Supervisor - 2025776

POSITION SUMMARY:

World Relief seeks an RCA Program Supervisor who will manage and oversee the Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) Program, ensuring effective and compliant service delivery to clients. This role involves reviewing and confirming eligibility documentation for referred clients, supervising case management staff, coordinating service plans, monitoring case progress, and ensuring program adherence to federal, state, and organizational guidelines. The Supervisor will also play a key role in the recruitment, training, and professional development of case management staff. The Supervisor will work in close partnership with the Eligibility Specialist and report to the Integration Program Manager. This is a limited-term position funded through a grant agreement until September 30, 2026, and contingent upon funding extension.
Hybrid Schedule: Monday-Friday; 3 days in the office, 2 work from home days.
