Job Description
Shift: 1:30 PM-9:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $36.16 an hour + $1.00 shift differential
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will operate, maintain, and repair industrial refrigeration, boiler, and related utility systems within a manufacturing plant environment. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of ammonia refrigeration systems and associated equipment, while supporting continuous improvement and mentoring team members. This is a second shift role, working from 1:30pm to 9:30pm.

+ Perform operation, installation, overhaul, and preventive maintenance on refrigeration, boiler, and related plant systems without direct supervision
+ Analyze equipment performance, identify defects, and initiate corrective actions to prevent major breakdowns
