Servicing and Rectification of Common Area A/C Units at Silicon Arch Residence

Scope of Work

• Remove the indoor fan motors for servicing.
• Cut the gypsum board (high and low ceiling) below each indoor unit (approx. 700 mm × 500 mm ) to provide access for removal of the indoor fan motors.
• Carry out servicing of the indoor fan motors and reinstall them.
• Restore the gypsum board to its original condition and provide an access panel/door with proper finishing.
• Test and commission all indoor units to ensure proper operation.
• Remove the outdoor fan motors for servicing.
• Carry out servicing and reinstall the outdoor fan motors.
• Test and ensure proper operation of the outdoor units after servicing.
