We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead & Business Partner to support hiring initiatives in an RPO-style engagement. Operating as part of ZRG’s Embedded Talent Acquisition team. Will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple roles. This position requires strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate experience skills.
