Recruitment Specialist (Serbian & English) – Freelance, Success-Based

We are seeking a freelance Recruitment Specialist to support our Recruiting-on-Demand strategy, ensuring workforce availability for our clients' scaling and ad-hoc demands. You are paid per successful placement, not per hour, and invoice us for placements made.

What You Do

• Screening: You receive candidate leads and CVs from us and screen them against the role requirements, including a technical review of international qualifications and supporting documents.
• Interviews: You arrange and conduct the interview, then document the outcome in our ATS — assessment, fit, and a clear recommendation.

Sourcing, client contact, and contracting stay with us.

• Serbian and English at professional level, written and verbal — mandatory. German is a strong plus.
