Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for applicants by conducting initial interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and coordinating the recruitment process from application to endorsement. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent candidate experience while ensuring hiring targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial phone or virtual interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills, and job fit.
• Screen resumes and applications based on hiring requirements and client qualifications.
• Explain job responsibilities, compensation, work schedules, and company policies to applicants.
