We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sourcing Specialist to support our recruitment team who work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working across a variety of roles and clients, and will be confident in identifying, engaging, and speaking with potential candidates.
We need someone who finds sourcing both fun and exciting, enjoys the challenge of finding the right talent, and thrives on building strong candidate pipelines.
