Recruitment Lead

Position Summary

You will lead recruitment activities for Pakistan, working with hiring managers, HR Business partners and external suppliers. You will design and deliver practical recruitment plans that attract high-quality candidates. We value clear communication, coaching, and data‑led decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Coach, develop and manage recruiters and vendor/RPO relationships; provide people management and capacity planning.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines and market maps for hard‑to‑fill and leadership roles.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR business partners and leadership to design role profiles and selection processes.
