Job Description
BIOVAC is one of the leading sterile vaccine manufacturers rooted in Africa, with our core purpose being to protect life. We are looking to hire a dynamic, passionate, confident, proactive and meticulous Recruitment Lead to join a goal-oriented team on a 3‑year fixed term contract.
QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in scaling hiring operations and leading recruitment teams
- Experience in employer branding, DEI initiatives, and recruitment marketing
- Experience in Project Management – HR or recruitment certification (e.g., SHRM, LinkedIn Talent Solutions) is an advantage.
