Recruitment Experience Partner – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Toronto, Canada. Hybrid work requires 12 days per month in the office. Novartis does not provide relocation support. This position is not an existing role. Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for candidates, guiding them from first interaction through offer and ensuring a seamless experience. Conduct first‑round Recruitment Solutions interviews and extend offers for high‑volume roles (levels 5 and below) in close partnership with the Recruitment Business Partner. Execute core recruiting activities consistently across business units: screening, short‑listing, communication, and interview coordination. Support RBP on senior or complex hiring through shortlist validation, applicant management, and reactive sourcing when needed. Maintain accurate and updated records in Workday and follow Recruitment Solutions defined process steps, standards, and timelines to ensure compliance.
