The RoleA 180 delivery role focused on managing candidates through the recruitment process and supporting high-volume Future Talent hiring.Key Responsibilities

Manage candidate delivery for graduate, apprentice, and placement roles

Screen and progress applications in line with SLAs

Support and attend assessment centres across UK sites

Use ATS systems to manage recruitment activity

Deliver a strong candidate and stakeholder experience

About You

Recruitment delivery / coordination experience (high-volume preferred)

Strong organisation andmunication skills

ATS experience

Willing to travel to UK assessment centres

Full UK driving licence essential
