Position Responsibilities

• Drive Agency recruitment numbers for Northern Region
• Identify potential candidates to be recruited as Agency Leaders and Agents
• Host and organise business opportunity programmes and seminars for potential recruits
• Maintain a database of potential Agents for future recruitment

Required Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry preferably in the field of Agency Sales, Marketing or Agency Development
• Good resource in attracting potential Agents from own contacts, referrals or from various social media platforms
