Job Description
A leading Road & Infrastructure company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.
Key Requirements:
- 5–7 years of proven recruitment experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience in both white‑collar and blue‑collar recruitment , preferably within the construction, road, or infrastructure industry.
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment/HR systems.
