About the Role
We're looking for a driven and commercially minded 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Rackheath, Norfolk, focusing on our Construction / M&E division. This is a full-cycle role where you'll take ownership of both client development and candidate delivery, building strong relationships across the construction market.
You’ll work with a variety of clients across the construction sector, including main contractors, subcontractors, and consultancies, placing candidates across trades & labour roles.
