Responsibilities

• Attract Top Talent – drive the talent acquisition department to bring in the best candidates from around the globe.
• Recruitment Process – manage the entire cycle from posting vacancies, hunting for candidates, conducting interviews, to managing onboarding.
• Strategic Advisory – partner closely with executive stakeholders to define organizational needs, map role requirements, and provide data‑backed market insights.
• Premium Candidate Network – cultivate a network of passive candidates through targeted outreach, industry alliances, and professional networks.
