Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a Recruitment Agency, understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques and matching (needs to be structured and routine-oriented). A passion for Recruitment is essential.
- Sound judgement, excellent work ethics, and strong integrity are essential.
- Well organized, with a sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure.
- Highly client-centric, with exceptional communication and negotiating skills (both verbal and written).
