Recruitment Consultant (french/english speaker)

As part of the development of our EMEA activities, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Business Developer to join our Dubai office.

This role combines business development and recruitment delivery, with a strong focus on developing new client relationships and supporting technical recruitment projects across the railway, construction, civil engineering and industrial sectors.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and open new client accounts across EMEA markets
• Actively prospect and acquire new clients through phone-based business development and direct outreach
• Identify recruitment needs within railway, construction, civil engineering and industrial companies
• Build, develop and manage a portfolio of clients
• Conduct remote client meetings and present recruitment solutions
