The Opportunity

Wolviston Management Services is seeking an experienced 360 Contract Recruitment Consultant to establish and develop a contract recruitment desk.

This is a genuine cold-desk opportunity for a commercially focused recruiter who is confident generating new business, winning contract vacancies and building a profitable contractor portfolio from the ground up.

You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying prospective clients and securing new requirements through to candidate sourcing, commercial negotiation, contractor mobilisation and ongoing account management.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, opening new client relationships and creating opportunities rather than relying on an existing desk or inherited vacancy...
