 Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage agency partners/agents.

• Drive sales targets and ensure consistent performance.

• Conduct regular product and sales training.

• Build strong partner relationships and support their business growth.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines

• Minimum 1 year of experience in any sales field (Insurance / Banking / FMCG / Telecom / etc.).

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and lead a sales team.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
