Recruitment Analyst (El Marqués)

Job Description

• Recruitment:
  • Responsible for meeting the required HC for each Site, through the recruitment team if the organizational structure allows it or, if not, when there is no recruitment team, it will be through the Personnel Administration team.
  • Carry out the recruitment, selection, and hiring process of operational and administrative personnel as outlined in the Integral Talent Attraction Policy and the Operational Personnel Hiring Procedure.
  • Responsible for suggesting, obtaining, and maintaining various recruitment sources to ensure compliance with the required HC.
  • Stay in contact with the heads of the vacancy to follow up on the hiring request.
  • Monitor the recruitment process of operational staff through the iCIMS system.
  • Carry out internal postings using established formats and share them with the Human Resources Management team for publication on internal communication boards.
