The Recruiting Supervisor – Backend leads the backend recruitment team, ensuring efficient hiring support operations. This role focuses on team supervision, coaching, data analysis, and execution of action plans to meet hiring targets within a fast-paced BPO environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage backend recruitment team performance and daily operations
Coach and develop team members to improve productivity and quality
Analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights
Create and execute action plans to address gaps and improve outcomes
Ensure timely processing of candidate requirements and onboarding support
