Overview

CIMT College is a Career College registered under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005. Since 1998, CIMT College has provided learning experiences that meet international standards and benchmarks across technology, healthcare, business and management. This position is a part-time Corporate Recruiter focusing on recruitment activities for teaching faculty.

Responsibilities

• Promote job postings on social media to assist with candidate sourcing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to write job postings / descriptions for current openings.
• Utilize ADP to manage recruiting processes such as posting jobs, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, and managing the candidate pipeline.
• Promote and coordinate internal job postings and the candidate referral program.
• Source and engage candidates through a variety of sourcing channels.
