Location: Makati City, Philippines (Hybrid - 3 days in-office)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT

What You’ll Be Doing

• Active Sourcing: Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify passive hidden talent for niche roles.
• Candidate Advocacy: Act as the face of the brand, ensuring every candidate receives timely, transparent, and respectful communication.
• Quality Filtering: Conduct structured interviews to assess technical fit, cultural alignment, and resilience.
• Talent Pooling: Proactively build high-quality pipelines for high-demand skill sets to reduce future time-to-hire.
• Operational Integrity: Maintain flawless data hygiene within the ATS to ensure accurate real-time reporting.

What You’ll Bring
