Junior Recruiter | Space Sector

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience (internships included) and a strong interest in the space or aerospace sector, to join the Talent Acquisition team and support the hiring needs of rapidly growing space and aerospace programmes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience (internships included).
• Strong interest in the space or aerospace sector.
• B2 level of English is mandatory; C1 is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to relocate near the client’s office in Spain (Madrid), Czech Republic (Prague), Italy (Rome), or the Netherlands (Noordwijk), unless able to commute regularly.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the full recruitment cycle for both technical and non-technical positions.
