JOB DESCRIPTION
The purpose of the Recruiter role is to provide full cycle recruitment including onboarding for Sysco, Prairies Region positions. This role will collaboratively work with all levels of leadership to fill vacancies, optimize candidate and hiring leader experiences and provide a diverse slate of diverse top talent. This individual will be a strong ambassador for the employer brand and be a champion for diversity aligned to our corporate values. 
Role Responsibilities
Develop and execute full life-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across multiple provinces, including, providing a focused and effective sourcing strategy, a consistent interview process and assessment approach in recruitment and selection. 
Develop and execute recruiting strategies (sourcing, selecting, and branding), effectively utilizing social media, professional and social networking sites to attract talent.
