Duties and Responsibilities

The Project-Based Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment to support the company's hiring needs during a 3-month engagement. The role partners closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and endorse qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless and timely recruitment process across various positions.

Basic Function

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to candidate endorsement.
• Recruit for a wide range of positions, from rank-and-file to managerial roles.
