Job Description
We are seeking a highly resourceful and proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter for a 1-year contract backfill opportunity. Joining a collaborative and supportive team of six recruiters, you will manage high-volume recruitment for our Retail Branch Banking business across Ontario (excluding the GTA).
Your primary focus will be full-cycle recruitment for entry-level branch positions (Customer Experience Associates) across the Kingston to Ottawa region. Over time, based on performance and business needs, your portfolio may expand to include more complex Personal Banking roles.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment demanding an individual who can navigate a complex corporate landscape, ramp up quickly with minimal hand-holding, and deliver a premium experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
