Recreational Coordinator

Cheeverstown is seeking an enthusiastic, creative and motivated Recreational Co-Ordinator to join our team. This exciting role will support adults with intellectual disabilities to access meaningful opportunities, build relationships, participate in their communities, and enjoy fulfilling social, recreational and leisure experiences.

Working across Respite and New Directions Services, you will play a key role in developing person-centred programmes that promote inclusion, independence, active citizenship, human rights, and community participation.

About the Role

As Recreational Co-Ordinator, you will lead and coordinate engaging activities and opportunities that reflect the interests, goals and aspirations of the people we support. You will work closely with individuals, families, multidisciplinary teams and community organisations to ensure meaningful participation and positive outcomes.
