JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Recreation Services Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all morale, welfare, and recreation (MWR) programs and activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, customer service expectations, and operational goals.
This role includes supervising recreational staff, coordinating events, and maintaining program excellence.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing resale operations and recreational programs to meet the needs of the military community on the installation.
Ensuring compliance with CNICINST ****** - Chapter 1, Section 114 and maintaining current CPR certification for all relevant personnel.
