RECREATION SERVICES FIELD SUPERVISOR

JOB PURPOSE:


The Recreation Services Field Supervisor will provide regular oversite of CenterLight’s contracted Alternative Care Site’s.


The Recreation Services Field Supervisor will also participate in the day-to-day supervision of the Day Health Center and assist the management team with ensuring that all administrative duties are covered.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Provide direct supervision of contracted alternative care sites including:
+ Direct on-site supervision of operations and participant care
+ Review and on-site observation of programming and scheduling.
+ Review of attendance logs and site care plans
+ Ensures contracted alternative care site audits are completed and recommended actions have been adopted.
+ Reassesses for performance as necessary.
+ Communicates with contracted alternative care sites regarding grievances and service determination requests.
