**Position: Recreation Program Coordinator**
**Rate Range: $25.60 - $29.41 per hour**
**Schedule: Core working hours are Monday through Friday 9a to 5p, with some evenings and weekends as needed**

**Position Summary:**
The Recreation Program Coordinator in the STAIRS program works with youth ages 6-21 who have autism and developmental disabilities. In this role, you will design and implement recreational and social activities tailored to each individual's needs. Working within a multidisciplinary team, including the Program Director, Residential Manager, Behavior Analysts, and other staff, you will provide support to youth with severe behavioral challenges and skill deficits.
