Recreation Manager
The Recreation Manager is a key member of the City's Recreation leadership team, responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of a diverse portfolio that includes indoor and outdoor sport user groups, facility and field allocations, sports and fitness programs, arena programming, food services, and community partnerships. This position leads a team of recreation professionals and is accountable for delivering programs, services, and facilities that are responsive to community needs. Programs and services are operationally effective, financially sustainable, and aligned with the City's strategic priorities. Working in a collaborative environment, the Recreation Manager balances the interests of user groups, residents, staff, and community partners while driving service improvements and enhancing customer experience.
