Your Day To Day
Assist, directs and maintains all aspects of the operations team/tasks across Club InterContinental by ensuring product quality and that optimum service is provided to all its guests in accordance with Brand standards, policies and guidelines established by IHG Hotels & Resorts.
At the start of each shift, verify the availability of supplies, restocking from the stockroom as needed.
Regularly inspect the swimming pool, gym, locker rooms, and common areas for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Monitor and ensure proper functioning of all recreational equipment, reporting any issues or unsafe conditions promptly to the supervisor.
Log, secure, and process lost and found items according to the hotel's established procedures.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including maintaining chemical levels in the pool and following emergency response protocols.
