Job Description
The Recovery Assistant plays a crucial role in the recovery and quality work processes within the store, aimed at minimizing unnecessary costs to assets and enhancing profitability through sustainable practices. Working collaboratively with other store functions, the assistant is responsible for identifying, investigating, reporting, and following up on potential improvements in recovery procedures and the quality associated with IKEA items. Success in this role is defined by the ability to give products a second chance, optimize returns through strategic recovery processes, and facilitate a seamless operational flow while maintaining high standards of customer service.
What You Will Do- Collect products from different store locations including customer returns, damage in the store and in transit, display, quality cases following company Standard Operating Procedures.
