Recovery-Focused Residential Support Worker (24/7)

Lifewise Rotorua is seeking a motivated Support Worker to join our 24/7 Residential Mental Health & Addictions Service. This full-time role (40 hours per week) provides daily support, structure, and guidance to residents on their recovery journey, helping them build wellbeing and meaningful connections.

You will work across a rotating roster including weekends, evenings and nights, supporting residents with daily living, engagement in programmes, and accurate handover reporting.
