Recovery Coordinator

Overview

Change Grow Live (CGL) is a charity dedicated to supporting Service Users in a safe and respectful environment. We seek an enthusiastic and friendly person to join our team as a Floating Support Recovery Worker in Nottinghamshire.

In this role you will work with clients in structured treatment who are entering or are on a path to enter a housing crisis. You will support the Housing Team across the South of Nottinghamshire, hold a caseload of service users in drug and/or alcohol treatment, and help colleagues develop their skills.

Location: Nottinghamshire, travel required throughout the south region.
Hours: Part time, 30 hours per week.
Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2028. Full-time hours at CGL are 37.5 hours per week; part‑time pay is pro‑rata.
