About the role
As a Reconciliations Specialist, you will assist with monthly reconciliations of gaming processing and banking data, ensuring accuracy and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Process data: download or receive Navision (NAV) imports from Business Intelligence (BI), post into NAV weekly or daily, import missing data, match and reconcile data, resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Reconcile processor balances in Navision to third‑party confirmations, prepare dataports for wire, chargeback, refund fees and other items, upload into NAV, verify processor fees against invoices and contracts.
- Identify changes required for automation of data imports and raise them to the team lead.
- Review open‑item reports weekly to match and resolve unmatched transactions, ensure refunds and fraud items agreed with processor details, investigate and resolve discrepancies.
