The Opportunity

As ecosystem scales across an increasingly complex global operation - spanning its exchange, multiple asset classes, and global fiat rails - the integrity of our financial data has never been more critical. We are looking for an exceptional leader to own reconciliation and financial controls at the highest level: someone who can operate at the intersection of finance, technology, product, and investigation.

This is not a traditional reconciliation role. It requires a rare combination of financial rigour, on-chain fluency, analytical depth, and the investigative instinct to find what others miss. You will build and lead the function that serves as ecosystem's financial truth layer across its entire global operation.
