At OHUMAN Consulting, we are looking for a Recruiter to join an important client in the services industry. We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven professional with a passion for talent acquisition and recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound recruiting calls to source, screen, and attract top talent.
• Manage inbound referrals and inquiries, converting them into interviews and hiring opportunities.
• Conduct phone screenings and candidate interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews throughout the hiring process.
• Participate in recruiting events and job fairs.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation and personnel records.
• Provide administrative support and perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned.
