Job Description
- Handle phone calls, visitors, and enquiries professionally.
Use school IT systems for admin tasks and data entry.
Communicate with parents, staff, and students during events.
Assist with mail distribution, goods handling, and form collection.
Maintain a tidy reception area and support general admin duties.
Requirements:
Nitec or higher qualification with at least 2 years of admin experience (school experience an advantage).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Team player with initiative and a positive, caring attitude.
Able to interact well with children aged 712.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Option to extend another year) 1 Feb 2026 to 31 Jan 2027
