Receptionist
JOB PURPOSE:
The receptionist is responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities including but not limited to customer service, answering and directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution and requisition of supplies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answers and directs the callers to the appropriate associates directing to voicemail and taking messages when required.
Greets and directs visitors to the company.
Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
Coordinates pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, e...
