**Zakres obowiązków:**

+ Profesjonalne przyjmowanie gości oraz dbanie o pozytywny wizerunek firmy
+ Obsługa połączeń telefonicznych i przekierowywanie zapytań do odpowiednich działów
+ Zarządzanie kalendarzem sal konferencyjnych oraz wsparcie organizacji spotkań (rezerwacje, catering)
+ Obsługa korespondencji (poczta, kurierzy)
+ Zamawianie materiałów biurowych i artykułów spożywczych
