We are looking for a Receptionist Night Sfhit in Nido Living Principe Pio KEY TASKS Manage the day-to-day running of the reception, being the first point of contact for any student queries or complaints.
This includes meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, ensuring they receive an exceptional customer service experience.
-To build a good rapport with all residents and resolve and complaints/ issues quickly.
-Ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out of students.
