Job Description
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Maintain a highly professional and polite manner at all times, both in person and in written communications.
- Follow dress code guidelines.
- Make eye contact with visitors.
- Greet, register and badge visitors.
- Register visitors in the established format.
- Notify the appropriate GE HealthCare staff to inform them of their visitor.
- Respond to questions from staff and visitors regarding directions, local services, amenities and building locations.
- Make access building process.
- Provide guest wireless access code as required.
- Receive incoming local deliveries and communicate to staff to pick up the deliveries.
- Register the deliveries in the established book.
- Answer and direct phone calls, mails or Teams requests, respond to general inquiries and support administrative requests.
