Summary
As a key member of the GFL Edmonton team, you will be the first point of contact for customers both external and internal. You will provide operations support to our team and liaise with internal departments as required. This position must go above and beyond to provide extraordinary customer service. Additional attributes are an enthusiastic individual who presents a professional demeanor and positive attitude in every task.
The position will be based out of the Edmonton GFL office Ave NW), Monday through Friday. 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Answers telephone calls.
Professionally greet and communicate with all visiting clients and vendors.
