- Greet visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain and organize office filing systems, both physical and electronic.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.).
